Thank you for your business and for supporting independent design made in the USA! We are pleased to offer you hand fabricated, artisan jewelry and hope you are completely satisfied with your jewelry. We hand select responsibly mined, gorgeous gemstones, unusual organic minerals, fine metals and luxurious materials. We proudly celebrate imperfections; color and size will vary slightly, which makes our jewelry extraordinarily unique and inherently one of a kind.
Due to the hand-fabricated nature of our product, credit cards will be processed and payment in full is due upon time of order. Please make any cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order in our studio. As such, we require approximately three weeks to fabricate jewelry orders and four to eight weeks to process custom jewelry orders, however we always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible.

Returns: Due to the custom, made-to order nature of our artisan jewelry, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returns made at our retail partners.
Repairs: We stand behind our superior craftsmanship. In the unlikely event repair is needed due to normal usage, you may return for repair up to 12 months after date of purchase. However, we cannot be responsible for repairs made by other jewelers. All repairs must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping, please contact us via email before shipping return. Repair charges may apply.
All shipping for returns or repairs are responsibility of buyer, to and from our studio, original shipping charges are non-refundable. All repair packages must be prepaid, packaged protectively and securely shipped via traceable carrier. You must obtain a Return Authorization number and mailing instructions for repairs by sending a note to: email@example.com. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process a repair.
SHIPPING | HANDLING
Your order is hand fabricated to order in our Chicago studio and will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately three weeks for your jewelry to be created and four to six weeks for all custom orders to be fabricated, six to twelve weeks for custom fine jewelry, prior to shipping.
All orders are shipped via insured USPS Priority for $10. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
* Please inquire for expedited fabrication and delivery, we can usually accommodate most rush requests, additional costs may apply.
**If you need an order by a specific date, please email us and also indicate in the special instructions section and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. You must receive written email confirmation of a rush order deadline agreement.
***Jules Vance Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they ship from our studio.

Jules Vance reserves the right to make modifications to the site, pricing or information at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items ordered by a retail customer.
